1 Large Potato cut up
2 carrots sliced
½ onion
1/8 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon butter
Sirloin steak or large chicken breast
Add all ingredients on two large sheets of heavy duty
aluminum foil. Wrap tightly in foil, so it won’t leak.
Lay on manifold of engine. Where it won’t fall.
Cook for 15 miles. Stop and check food, if not done
drive another 15 miles. (caution foil and contents will
be very hot) Steak is so tender you can cut it with a
plastic fork..
